We are a Landscape Design and Build Company actively involved in developing landscapes for our clients in Maharashtra (Mumbai, Alibaug, Lonavala, Karjat, and Pune to name a few), Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Umergaon, and Kutch among other), Middle East and Ooty too.

    In 1989, A. Y. Retiwalla started his landscape company with a few hand tools, passion, and knowledge. His goal was to provide the best landscape services in the state. From designing small commercial projects to maintaining massive estates, Mr. Retiwalla’s range of landscape skills and customer service is unparalleled. Over the years, his son Zeeshan joined him in business and ever since PLD India has worked for hundreds of local, national, and global clients and he aspires that there will be thousands more.

    We have an extensive exposure and experience in a variety of Landscape Projects in India and the Middle East. During our journey, we have been fortunate to have worked with excellent, demanding yet satisfied and supportive clients and innovative Architects which has made us understand, learn and respond happily and effectively to the requirements of individual projects.

    Mr. Retiwalla formed PLD India in 1989 after studying agriculture and horticulture at Pune University. He has spent his life advocating for a landscape industry based on the principles of sustainability and quality craftsmanship. His out-of-the box designs have paved way for the emergence of a one-of-a-kind landscape design company.

    ZEESHAN RETIWALLA

    Business Development Manager

    The head of business development, Zeeshan has over 15 years of experience in the landscape industry. Zeeshan usually handles initial consultations, designing and daily business operations. Mr. Retiwalla consistently credits his son, Zeeshan with PLD’s success owing to his extensive business acumen and people skills.
